Can I get a refund or exchange for my ticket?
All ticket sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS allowed on tickets. Exchanges are based on availability. Tickets must be used on the date and at the time for which they were purchased. No exceptions. Exchanges only apply within the same production, and will incur an exchange fee.

Can you reserve tickets for me, and let me pay for them later?
We are unable to reserve or hold tickets without payment.

Are the seats in the Performance Hall assigned, or is it first-come first-served?
All seats are reserved. Tickets reflect the assigned Row and Seat Number.

What happens if I'm late to a show?
To cause the least amount of disruption to the performance and to other patrons, if you arrive late you'll be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Patrons more than fifteen minutes late will not be allowed into the performance.

Are the seats I purchased separated? It looks that way according to the seat numbers on the tickets.
Our seating for Floor Left and Floor Right is numbered in sections of odd and even numbers, respectively. For example, if your tickets are numbered 2 and 4, they are actually side by side.

How do I get my tickets?
Tickets purchased online or over the phone may be picked up at the Will Call table at Merrimack Hall during the hour before the performance or event specified on the ticket.
Tickets may also be picked up at Merrimack Hall during Box Office Hours. We are located at 3320 Triana Boulevard between Bob Wallace and Drake. Click here for detailed directions.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets may be purchased online through this site for performances / events up until one hour before the time of the respective performance / event.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards.
If you encounter any difficulty with your online ticket purchase, please call us at (256) 534-6455, and we will be happy to process your ticket order by phone.

Where do I park?
Free parking is available in any of our three lots, which are located on either side of the building and in the rear. In the event these lots are full, overflow parking can be directed to the Huntsville Park Church of Christ parking lot at any time, or if it is after 5pm or on a weekend, the Phase IV office building parking lot across the street. For most events, there will be a uniformed Huntsville Police Department officer on the premises to help direct traffic.

Are the theaters accessible to persons with disabilities?
Yes, Merrimack Hall is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require wheelchair-accessible seating, please contact the Box Office at (256) 534-6455.

Does the Performance Hall have listening devices?
Yes, the Performance Hall is equipped with infra-red listening assistive devices. Patrons may obtain a listening device at the Box Office upon arrival for the performance. Listening assistive devices are offered free of charge, but a driver's license is required as security.

May I bring my children to the Performance Hall?
Merrimack Hall offers a wide range of programming, and the age-appropriateness varies. In general, babes in arms are not permitted in the Performance Hall.

What's your policy on cameras, video recorders, beepers and cell phones in the Performance Hall?
Cameras and video recorders are not permitted in the Performance Hall.
The ringing of a cell phone or beeper can be quite distracting for both the audience and the performers. If you bring a cell phone or beeper into the Performance Hall, please turn it off before the performance begins. If you must use your cell phone at intermission, please remember to turn it off before re-entering the Performance Hall.

Do all shows have an intermission?
Most shows at Merrimack Hall have at least one 15-minute intermission. On rare occasions, however, a show may be performed without intermission.

What is the dress code at Merrimack Hall?
At Merrimack Hall performances and events, you'll see all sorts of dress - from elegant cocktail attire to business casual to jeans. The rule of thumb is, wear what makes you feel most comfortable.
