Debra Jenkins, Executive Director

Debra Jenkins, winner of the prestigious Virginia Hammill Simms Award for outstanding contribution to the arts, has been on the faculty of such institutions as the Montgomery Civic Ballet, The Birmingham Ballet Company and Huntsville Community Ballet. She has worked as a volunteer in many capacities for most of Huntsville's premiere arts organizations, including serving as Chairman of Panoply 1997. She was the first Director of Public Relations for The Arts Council, Inc. of Huntsville. Debra is donating her time and expertise to serve as Merrimack Hall's Executive Director.

Hayley Henderson, Deputy Director

Hayley Smith Henderson is a Huntsville native with a love for the performing arts dating back to age three. She graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Performing Arts Degree in Dance Performance. Since graduation Hayley has been performing locally and professionally. Dance has always been Hayley’s fist love and passion; however, coming in at a very close second is Alabama football. Click here to e-mail Hayley.

LeAnn Siefferman, Programming Director

A Georgia native, LeAnn Siefferman is a 2006 graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, Va., where she studied oil painting and art history. Though a Fine Arts major, she has adapted well to the world of performing arts. When she is not piled under contracts, film series schedules or recycleable materials, you may see her out riding horses or eating vegan sandwiches. Click here to e-mail LeAnn.

Ashley Dinges, Marketing Director

Ashley Dinges is a Huntsville transplant from sunny San Jose, California, where she worked at the San Jose Mercury News newspaper. She has worked at publications including the Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News. A graduate of the University of Michigan, she is also a photographer, and was chosen as the 2009 Panoply Emerging Artist for her photography. Click here to e-mail Ashley.

Brenda Black, Group Sales & Sponsorship

Brenda Black has been part of the Merrimack Hall team since its founding in 2006. With a long list of accomplishments including chairing numerous Huntsville committees, galas, and fundraising events, Brenda heads up Merrimack Hall's corporate sponsorships and fundraising efforts. Leah Huebner, Office Manager & Volunteer Coordinator

Leah Huebner oversees the office of Merrimack Hall, and coordinates all volunteers for performances at the theatre. She will be continuing her education in the fall as a sophomore at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, with a major in Theatre Management. Leah is active in local theatre and has appeared in such plays as Upon Their Shoulders: The Merrimack Story and Beauty and the Beast and Les Miserables at Huntsville High School.
