An Evening with Mary Kay Andrews

New York Times Bestselling Author

Mary Kay Andrews is a former journalist for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, where she covered such features as Elvis concerts and the trial that was later depicted in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia, she has written six novels including the recent New York Times bestsellers The Fixer Upper and Deep Dish.

The Fixer Upper centers around fledgling lobbyist Dempsey Jo Killebrew, whose boss in a high-powered Washington public relations firm is caught in a political scandal. Left almost broke, unemployed, homeless and out of options, she reluctantly accepts her father's offer to help refurbish Birdsong, the old family place he recently inherited in Guthrie, Georgia. All it will take, he tells her, is a little paint and some TLC to turn the fading Victorian mansion into a real-estate cash cow.

Under her penname, Mary Kay has written 7 books, with her most recent, The Fixer Upper, at #13 on the New York Times bestseller list. Join us for an evening of heartfelt stories and humor with Mary Kay Andrews.

Mary Kay Andrews will sign copies of her novels (available for purchase) after the event Friday, April 9 in the Merrimack Hall lobby. Don't miss this opportunity to meet the author!
